Parking
Parking is very limited, though we don't want to limit tickets. In order to manage this, we have set a ticket + park. This doesn't guarantee a parking spot, only gives us an indication on numbers. Please try to carpool, taxi, or park/train and walk where necessary. Please see details on alternative options below.
Tickets
Can I buy on the day - Yes, though we would love for you to try and prebook the tickets so we can manage numbers.
Are the tickets refundable - Unfortunately no as we have huge outlays for the band, stage, sound system, and activities - we are unable to offer this.
What's Included
All activities are included, so once you have your wrist band, you are all set.
Food + Drink are extra
CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINK
You are more than welcome to bring food for babies and toddlers as well as for anyone with special dietary requirements. Otherwise, we hope you will enjoy tucking into the food and drink options available at the event. Due to licensing, no alcohol is allowed to be brought in. There will be plenty of drink options at the P&F Bar and Bexley Brewery. No glass, please!
Can I drop the kids and go
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult on site.
Can i bring a gazebo
Yes, we will allow gazebos to be set off to the side so you can enjoy some shade and have a base camp.
RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH
We ask that you kindly find a bin to dispose of your rubbish and help us keep the area as clean as possible - THANKS!
Payment options
Food Trucks and P&F Bar will be cashless though it never hurts to have some cash just in case.
ALLERGIES / FOOD OPTIONS
Most of the food trucks will cater for Gluten Free, Vegan, and/or Vegetarian. There are a few exceptions such as doughnuts, but please check directly with each vendor!
Are DOGS ALLOWED
Unfortunately, due to this being on school grounds, dogs are not allowed
WAIVER REQUIREMENT
Everyone who participates in the activites at the festival are required to accept the waiver terms and conditions as part of the booking process
What about lost kids
There will be a lost kids meeting point. We will also ask for you to write your phone number on their wristband so we can contact you if lost.

In Partnership with Emily Ash TRUST
St Michael's P&F is thrilled to welcome Emily Ash Trust as a special guest to this year's Summer Fest.
The Emily Ash Trust's primary aim is to support families who have a child, teenager, or young adult with cancer, recognizing the immense strain that this can put on all members of the family.
St Michael's P&F is proud to work alongside the Emily Ash Trust. The Summer Fest is a great way for families to come together and enjoy a range of activities and entertainment.
We hope that the Summer Fest will be an enjoyable and memorable event for all families involved.
